Join the Race Against Dementia, Knockhill

07 Aug 2024

Race Against Dementia was founded by Scottish legend and 3x F1 World Champion Sir Jackie Stewart OBE after his wife was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. Operating around the pace, precision and lateral thinking that have been at the forefront of Sir Jackie Stewart’s Formula 1 and motorsport success, the charity’s vision is to win the Race Against Dementia.

Donations received will be used to help fund the brightest research minds to find preventative treatments and cures for dementia- faster.

NAPA Racing UK is proud to have joined the race. In 2023 NAPA Racing and sponsors raised over £10,000 over the Knockhill round of the British Touring Car Championship. In 2024, NAPA Racing will again be flying the flag for Race Against Dementia at the Scottish circuit.

NAPA Racing will once again be running in special liveries including the names of over 250 fans who have donated to Race Against Dementia. As well as this all our drivers will be wearing custom helmets and race suits, which you will have the opportunity to bid for.

The NAPA Racing shop will also be selling Limited Edition Race Against Dementia merchandise, designed by none other than Ash Sutton, Sam Osborne and the Only Dan’s, Dan Rowbottom and Dan Cammish.

Over the weekend NAPA Racing will be offering Knockhill fans the chance to win a multitude of incredible prizes and launching an auction to bid for some unique motorsport memorabilia and experiences. To join the race, click on the links below:

If that wasn’t enough, you can place a bid for the chance to own a piece of history. All race suits and helmets from the team will be auctioned for fans, as well as a bevy of unique gifts from our sponsors.

You can see the full range of items for auction HERE.

A huge thank you to all the sponsors that have supported the Race Against Dementia in 2024. These include Valvoline, Elcome, Jellyfish Design, Cataclean, BM Catalysts, Klarius, Rennat Designs, Turtle Wax, Knockhill Circuit and Transcal.
